We understand that when facing serious illness it can be difficult to comprehend all the statements and bills which may come your way. We are very conscientious of those feelings and want to provide you with the best possible service.
If your insurance plan has a co-pay requirement we require that amount be paid at the time of service.
We file all your medical claims with the information you have given us. We will need the referral or pre-authorization form from your primary care physician if your insurance benefits require one in order to file the claim. We file all primary insurance and secondary insurance.
If you have a cancer policy we will also provide you with the claims that are needed to go to them or we will mail them to the company if you wish.
Services may be ordered by our physicians that would be required to be provided outside of our facility (i.e. radiologist or pathologist, hospital, laboratory). Those providers will bill you. Questions related to those bills should be directed to those physicians or institutions.
As healthcare providers, we participate with most insurance carriers. If we have a provider agreement with your insurance company, you may be entitled to a preferred provider discount.
Statements are sent to you at the beginning of each month which verify all charges and payments made to your account during the previous month. Billing inquiries can be made Monday through Friday 8:30-5:00 to 1-712-322-4136.
